Our unique approach to youth empowerment is long lasting and many of our members begin their journey with R3 Inc. before the age of 10. We have a passion for supporting children throughout their impressionable years well into their young adult years and continue to provide a support system of positive motivation. We focus on educational and social development to promote healthy peer, community and family relationships through a culture that nurtures self-worth, accountability, good decision-making and excellence in communication.

Our empowerment sessions and character-building activities have not only assisted local youth in achieving their goals but have also directly contributed to the area’s high school graduation rate. As a result of our timeless service to the youth many lives have progressed with purpose.
